Panda Cares Associate Giving Campaign Results Are In And They Are AMAZING!
Panda Express wrapped up their Panda Cares Associate Giving Campaign on March 29th. The results are something to celebrate.
At Panda Express, they believe good fortune is meant to be shared. Through their annual Associate Giving campaign, Panda associates commit to giving back and helping their local children’s hospitals. The 2018 Associate Giving Campaign raised nearly $600,000, 21% over 2017. This fundraising total sets a new record for Panda Cares.

Panda Express excels at making it easy for associates all across America to give.
- Panda hosts a leadership meeting prior to the start of the campaign where they highlight CMN Hospitals and the significance of associate giving. Panda believes wholeheartedly that in order to ask others to give, you must first give yourself.
- 100% of associate giving is online so associates can sign up and pledge over their phone or on their desktop.
- Associates can commit to a one-time donation or opt to have an amount donated per paycheck.
- Panda engages their regional field team to encourage the highest level of activation and create accountability.
